Resolved Question: how is my isp giving me free internet?

something weird but awesome is going on here: i was unable to pay my last months phone/internet bill, so they turned the phone off but my internet is still working as of 7/29/10: they disconnected the phone on 6/20/10, so whats going on here? will i get in trouble if i don't tell them my internet still works?, so far i have not received another bill saying i have to pay for my free internet. im enjoying my super fast 4 mbps free internet thats for sure...
